Mr. Swann Goudet joined the IIJ Academic Unit as a Programme Assistant in May 2023. Previously an intern for the United Nations Executive Office of the Secretary-General Rule of Law unit in New York and the European Union Delegation to Nigeria, Mr. Goudet holds a law degree from the Université de Paris Panthéon-Assas, where he specialized in public international law.
